This gym provides a complete range of functional training exercises designed to obtain maximum results and achieve a strong and versatile body. Now, get ready for the next big innovation in home strength with three new HOIST products from the “Mi Series” of home gyms. These features include dual Silent Steel® weight stacks with 360 degree rotating columns for complete free range of motion, five pull-up/chin-up grip options and dip bars that are rotationally stored away. The Mi7 is a product unlike any other home gym perfect to build full body strength and improve overall fitness.

- Comes standard with 300 lbs of total weight (Two - 150 lb. Silent Steel® weight stacks that are upgradable to 200 lbs. each or 400 lbs. total): Each solid steel individual plate receives pressed-in industrial plastic bushings and then is machined to exacting specifications to insure glass smooth operation plus eliminating any metal to metal contact or sound.

Our Residential warranty applies to equipment used in a home setting and where the equipment will be used by home occupants only.
- Body/Frame: Lifetime ( Warranty for the lifetime of the product and applies to defects from manufacturer only)
- Structural Moving Parts: 10 Years ( Applies to defects from manufacturer only)
- Finish/Paint, Cables, Upholstery and Accessories: 10 Years ( Applies to defects from manufacturer only)
Light Commercial Warranty
Mi5, Mi6, Mi7, MiSmith, Mi7Smith, H & select HF and V-Series units
Our Light Commercial Warranty applies to facilities that DO NOT charge monthly membership fees and where the equipment would be used by no more than 50 people per day. Examples of Light Commercial facilities include hotels, apartment complexes, personal training studios, fire stations, police stations, etc, that meet the criteria stated above.

Lead Times and Installation
Standard platinum silver frames are shipped directly from the Hoist Fitness Warehouse in San Diego, USA please allow 8 weeks for your equipment to be delivered and installed. As soon as our install team has received your order they will contact you direct to organise an install date.
