The HOIST® Kneeling Leg Curl combines sleek European styling with durable American engineering to produce a highly effective exercise machine designed to build muscle and strength in the hamstrings. The kneeling position focuses the resistance on targeted muscles throughout the movement for a more effective exercise. A padded knee rest pivots quickly and easily from side-to-side, and holds its position automatically, making working out both legs a breeze, without unnecessary adjustments in between. Contoured pads provide users with maximum comfort and support. Stabilising, ergonomic grips help users achieve and maintain optimal positioning for outstanding results. High Impact Polypropylene covered weight horns protect the frame and reduce noise, while keeping your facility more organised.

Lead Times and Installation

If you have selected a Custom Frame Colour these are manufactured to order, please allow 16 weeks (8 weeks to manufacture and 8 weeks to ship and install) for your equipment to be delivered and installed.

Standard platinum silver frames are shipped directly from the Hoist Fitness Warehouse in San Diego, USA, please allow 8 weeks for your equipment to be delivered and installed. As soon as our install team has received your order they will contact you directly to organise an install date.
